Well-appointed and beautifully maintained rooms, good place overall!

Beautiful apartment and perfectly clean, located just off Bilbao metro station and al the great shops or street performers along the way and the main attractions. Room in the master's bedroom. Really lovely experience for one night.

In general exceptionally nice and accommodating staff. Marvellous setting in a nice neighborhood.

Nothing too much trouble, would definitely book here again. Great and incredible setting next to metro station.

Overall clean property close enough to 3-5 metro station, taxis for 5 and shops, restaurants and subway. Situated in a marvellous and perfect spot. Nice surrounding, set by several metro lines. Overall good stay for one night.

Thanks very much for very good stay for one night and not far from resturants and shops, bars restaurants and let alone the whole surrounding area. Has a nice size and tastefully decorated room for clothes etc to chill. It has unbeatable setting near to the metro.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and located adjacent to Madrid, Grand Via, and cafes. Stayed in adequate room with 3 bathroom.

The spacious and bright apartment provided ample space for our family. The comfortable bed and excellent water pressure in the shower made for a pleasant stay. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the city. the staff at Reception were friendly, helpful, and organized our airport transfers. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the lack of enough towels and some damaged furniture, we had an overall positive experience. We would definitely recommend Slow Suites Luchana for a comfortable and convenient stay in Madrid.

It's a spotlessly clean property, amazing stay for one night. It has good and magnificent setting very close to Fuencarral shopping street. The staff are accommodating and amiable, thank you for the help...

I didn't feel like leaving, would definitely come back. Had a relaxing stay for one night. Bilbao underground station was less than 100 metres away. Fully-equipped rooms with comfortable beds, I relaxed well. Everything was simply brand-new.

Conveniently located near public transport, with nearby supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Early access to the apartment was a bonus, allowing us to explore without luggage. Code-based entry made it easy for all family members to access. Ample hot water and comfortable accommodations for three people.

The location was great, close to the metro and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were comfortable.

There was some noise disturbance from the neighbors, with loud music playing until the early hours of the morning on multiple occasions. This disrupted our sleep and was quite frustrating.

This centrally located hotel is in a lovely area, very close to a metro station, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with helpful staff providing excellent customer service. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a nearby 24-hour supermarket and access to a washing machine. the hot water for showers is reliable, and the beds are comfortable for a good night's sleep. the hotel is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay even during hot weather.

There is one minor detail that could be improved, such as the quality of the soap provided in the shower.
